Rithmic Issues

Common Rithmic connection and login problems.

Login failed

If you can't connect your Rithmic account:

  • Double-check your username and password
  • Make sure you've selected the correct Rithmic server
  • Verify you've signed all required agreements in R|Trader Pro
  • Check that your prop firm account is active

Agreements not signed

Rithmic requires that you sign certain agreements before API access is enabled. Open R|Trader Pro, log in with your credentials, and accept any pending agreements. Then try connecting again in TradeVera.

Wrong server selected

Different prop firms use different Rithmic servers. If you're not sure which server to use, check with your prop firm or try the most common options. TradeVera provides a dropdown with all available servers.

No historical data

Rithmic provides snapshot-based P&L rather than full historical data. Your first sync will capture today's data, and each subsequent sync adds another daily record. Over time, this builds a complete history.
