Manage Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.

Manage your subscription directly from your TradeVera Settings page or through the Stripe Customer Portal.

From Settings

Go to Settings and scroll to the Subscription section. You'll see your current plan, billing period, and a button to manage your subscription.

Stripe Customer Portal

Clicking Manage Subscription opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • Switch between monthly and yearly plans
  • View invoices and billing history
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellation

If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you can still view your data but syncing, exporting, and public profile visibility are locked.

You can re-subscribe at any time. Your data is retained even when your subscription lapses.
