TradeVera is a trading performance verification platform that:

  • Connects to your trading accounts via OAuth
  • Aggregates and displays your trading performance metrics
  • Calculates reputation scores based on your trading history
  • Provides public profile pages for sharing verified performance

3. Account Registration

To use TradeVera, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to manipulate or falsify your performance data
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent our verification system
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

5. Trading Account Connections

By connecting your trading accounts, you:

  • Grant us read-only access to your trading data
  • Acknowledge that we may sync and display your performance metrics
  • Understand that only funded trading accounts are included in verification
  • Can disconnect your accounts at any time

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate data, TradeVera:

  • Cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of broker-provided data
  • Is not responsible for errors in data from third-party brokers
  • Calculates metrics based on available data at the time of sync
  • May experience delays in data synchronization

7. Public Profiles

If you choose to make your profile public:

  • Your trading performance metrics will be visible to anyone
  • You are responsible for what information you choose to share
  • You can make your profile private at any time
  • You retain ownership of your data

8. No Investment Advice

TradeVera is a performance verification tool ONLY. We do not:

  • Provide investment, financial, or trading advice
  • Recommend any specific trading strategies or securities
  • Guarantee future trading performance
  • Endorse any particular trader or trading style

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeVera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason
  • Modify or discontinue the service at any time

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
