How TradeVera protects your data and privacy.

Does TradeVera store my trading platform password?

For Tradovate, no. We use OAuth, so you authenticate directly with Tradovate and we only receive tokens. For Rithmic, credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and stored securely.

Can TradeVera execute trades on my behalf?

No. TradeVera has read-only access. We can only view your account data and trade history. We cannot place, modify, or cancel orders.

Who can see my data?

Only you can see your full dashboard. If you enable your public profile, a subset of your data (score, stats, badges) is visible to anyone with the link. You control what's shared.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained after cancellation so you can resubscribe without losing history. A monthly data purge process cleans up accounts that have been expired for an extended period.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Trading platform credentials are additionally encrypted with a separate encryption key. We use Supabase with PostgreSQL and row-level security policies.
